vip taco Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1 Definitions and Introduction

This terms and conditions document ("Terms") forms a legal agreement between the vip taco platform and its users. In this document, "Platform" refers to the vip taco website, mobile application and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform or intending to register.

1.2 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all services on the vip taco platform — slot games, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting and all other gaming services. In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines are also considered part of using the platform.

1.3 Age Restriction

All services on the vip taco platform are for persons aged 21 or older only. Registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be under 21, that account will be closed immediately and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

1.4 Geographic Restrictions

The vip taco platform is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. Use of the platform from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited is entirely the user's own responsibility. Compliance with local laws is solely the user's responsibility.

2. Membership and Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on vip taco, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Information required at registration includes: full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and a secure password. Registering with false or misleading information will result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one vip taco account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, vip taco reserves the right to verify a user's identity. A national ID card, passport or government-issued photo ID may be required for verification. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals or when security concerns arise.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — confidential. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the vip taco support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation

vip taco may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the terms
• Evidence of involvement in fraudulent activity
• Suspected bonus abuse or manipulation
• Registration under a false identity
• Discovery that the user is a minor

3.3 Self-Exclusion

In accordance with our responsible gaming policy, any user may request that their account be restricted or temporarily closed for a set period. This facility is completely free and is an important tool for ensuring responsible gaming.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are currently supported on the vip taco platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are verified before approval.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from an account balance is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing. Users must withdraw using the same payment method that was used for the most recent deposit.

4.3 Failed and Delayed Transactions

If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, the user should contact our support team. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Any amount deducted in a failed transaction will be refunded.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vip taco offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A wagering requirement applies to receive this bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit a ৳1,200 bonus is received giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions. The general rules are:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to claim a bonus
• A bonus may only be usable in specific games or game categories
• A bonus cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active
• The weekly reload bonus may be claimed only once per week

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

If it is proven that a user has manipulated the system to obtain a bonus, used multiple accounts, or otherwise abused the bonus policy, vip taco reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus.

6. Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on the vip taco platform are developed by verified software providers and operate on independently tested RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each game result is entirely independent and not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed during the game. vip taco reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Cancelled or Disputed Results

If a game round or betting event is declared void due to a technical error, the full bet amount will be returned to the user's account. In the case of sports betting, if an event is cancelled the bet will be automatically voided.

6.4 Special Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each market in cricket, football and other sports betting. The official result of the event will be considered final. If odds change after a bet is placed, the bet remains valid at the original odds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip taco platform:

7.1 Fraud and Manipulation

• Using software, bots or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in games or bets
• Any attempt to manipulate game results
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account

7.2 Money Laundering

• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Conducting suspicious transactions that are contrary to the law

7.3 Other Prohibited Actions

• Exploiting any technical error on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing or threatening other users

8. Intellectual Property

The logo, design, software code, graphics, text and all other content of the vip taco platform are protected by intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.

The intellectual property rights of games offered on the platform belong to the respective game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution — and those games are governed by their own respective terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

Although vip taco aims to provide uninterrupted service, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen events. vip taco bears no liability for compensation in the event of such interruptions.

9.2 Financial Loss

All participation in gaming or betting is entirely at the user's own decision and risk. vip taco bears no responsibility for losses in games. Users must remain aware of the risk of losing money in online gaming.

9.3 Third-Party Services

vip taco is not directly liable for any errors or delays by payment gateway or game software providers. However, we will always cooperate to resolve any issues.

10. Terms Amendments and Service Termination

10.1 Right to Amend Terms

vip taco reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Right to Terminate Service

vip taco reserves the right to discontinue any specific service or the entire platform at any time. In such a case, any valid balance in the account will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to use of the platform will first be addressed through discussion. Users may raise any complaint through the support channel and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. For general questions, you may also visit our FAQ section.
